Default O2 review

I came across some people saying O2 mobile broadband is not that efficient as it was said. I that true. I want to listen this from the O2 real customers those who are using O2 service.

Well thats true sweety, some of my friends do use O2 mobile broadband and they always found complaining about O2 broadband, they say the customer support is not up to the mark, Most of the queries go unresolved.

It is not as bad as you guys feel, you might have had some problems using O2, but it does not mean they are not good, i have been using it from quite long time without any trouble.

Yeah its true upto some extent, but its not all that bad, my extended family uses the same one they hardly seemed fed up with O2 broadband. i don't think they are as bad as my broadband providers.

As far as i have heard O2 have a good repo, and its the first time i have heard of such things about their services, it may be just a one off case, but other wise they are known to be a good mobile broadband provider.

O2's mobile broadband service is one of the best mobile broadband options available in UK and in my opinion their coverage and overall reception quality is a lot better as compared to other mobile broadband providers.

I have seen a lot of areas even around London where the only mobile broadband that works is O2 mobile broadband.

I have a request : If you havent used a service provider please do not start writing a review just from what you have heard.. this place is meant for first hand reviews and not meant for rumours.

I had 02 mobile Broadband, just come of the phone after 5 hours trying to help my friend, kept saying no connection she was on the phone to a nice man fron o2 for over an hour before that who kindly told her he couldnt talk any more ...
