News Tiscali is Facing Major Network issues.

Major Pops (Centres which reroute their traffic) are down.

Their Radius is also down casing most of the Customers Connectivity issues:

Error 691

Error 721

Not Internet light on Routers

Etc.

Thats the main Problem with tiscali they have most issues with their network which they will never expect.

Glad they aren't my provider then. lol I know they've had issues in the past from others who have used them tho

The best thing is that they have only resolved the issue and that too not completely. And i am sure they would say that the issue is resolved and that the Customers have to do basic T/S now.

I think shows that Tiscali are quick are resolving problems and this is something which will bring more customers to them, as they have a fast service.

I know the resoluton was fast enough.

but this issues happens every 2 months.

That's a good point. It's great to have good and fast resolution, but how good is it really if it reoccurs every two months? That shows a definite problem that isn't be fixed but just bandaid-ed.

Its true if the problem is re-occurring then its a big downside to the service, and it is point which goes against Tiscali.

Hmm, it seems they're plagued with issues. I think I'll go ahead and stay away from them, if this is what usually happens
